Ganpat University Centre for Management Studies and Research organized Workshop on Interview Tactics for MBA in Pharmaceutical from 2nd November, 2023. More than 50 students from MBA (Pharma), semester 2 and 4 had been participated in this skill development research workshop.

Objectives:

  1. Industry Insight:
    • Understand Industry Trends: Equip participants with knowledge of current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Know Key Players: Familiarize participants with major pharmaceutical companies, their strategic focuses, and recent developments.
  2. Interview Preparation:
    • Research Techniques: Teach how to effectively research companies and roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Understand Role Requirements: Help participants understand the specific skills and qualifications sought for roles in pharmaceutical management.
  3. Interview Skills:
    • Industry-Specific Questions: Prepare participants for common and role-specific questions, including technical and scenario-based questions.
    • Behavioral and Situational Questions: Enhance skills in answering behavioral and situational interview questions relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
