Protsahan 2022 Game Rules

MASTISHQA- Business Quiz    
1. Only the students pursuing masters programs from recognized Indian Universities are eligible to participate.
2. Team of Two members of the same institute can participate.
3. There will be Elimination Round for this game.
4. In the Elimination Round, each team will be given a set of MCQ Based question papers on the day of the event. The
top 10 teams will qualify for the Stage Rounds.
5. In the Stage Round, Different rounds will be played on the stage with an increased difficulty level.
6. The participants will not be allowed to use Mobile phones at any stage.
7. If any team may not understand any rule, the team needs to clarify before beginning the round.
8. In case of a tie in the score, the decision of the panel shall be considered final.
9. The decision of the panel members will be final and binding to all the participants.

Prarambh - Commercial Launch of Business Plan

1. Only the students pursuing masters programs from recognized Indian Universities are eligible to participate.
2. A Team of Two members of the same institute can participate.
3. Participants need to submit the soft copy of the summarized business plan of their innovative product/service (max
3000 words) in a word file before 20/9/2022 to nrj01@ganpatuniversity.ac.in
4. The idea should be an innovative, original, untested idea of their own or drawn from any other resources. The
innovation for products or services will be preferred for evaluation.
5. On the day of the event, the team needs to present their Business Plan and its Launching strategy through PPT.
6. The team also needs to present a Commercial Advertisement (30-second duration) of their product/service in the
form of a role-play after their presentation.
7. 15 minutes of time will be given to each team to present their ppt.

Marketing Mind – “Business ke Baadshah”

1. Only the students pursuing masters programs from recognized Indian Universities are eligible to participate.
2. A Team of Three members of the same institute can participate. Only one entry per Institute is allowed.
3. Participants need to bring their own products to sell.
4. There should be only One Item per Team. The quantity of the item to bring for the sell can be decided by the participating
team on their own.
5. The product must be eco-friendly/ Handmade and DIY based. The product cannot be a food/edible item.
6. The game will continue for 3 Hours, out of which the First hour will be given only for the promotion of their product.
7. The teams must bring their own Marketing material/ decoration of stalls / any material related to the product.
8. The sales counter will be provided by the host institute and the procedure will be explained at the beginning of the game.
9. The team with the Highest Revenue can win the game.
10. The team needs to submit the details about the product and price per unit to ybj01@ganpatuniversity.ac.in on or before
20th September 2022.

Note: The host institutes will not participate in this game.

Abhivyakti - Poster Making
1. Only the students pursuing masters programs from recognized Indian Universities are eligible to participate.
2. A Team of Two members of the same institute can participate.
3. Each team needs to bring their own Poster colors and sketching material while drawing sheet will be provided by the Institute.
4. The theme will be declared at the time of the competition.
5. The poster must carry the title of the poster.
6. 1 hour 15 minutes will be given for preparation of the Poster.
7. The Posters will be judged based on Creativity and Innovativeness to showcase the given theme.

TEAM N TIME - Team Challenges
1. Only students pursuing masters programs from recognized Indian Universities are eligible to participate.
2. A team of Two members of the same institute can participate.
3. There will be various rounds of time-bound challenges.
4. After every round, the team/s will be eliminated based on the completion/ performance of the task.
5. The games will be designed in a way that will check the presence of mind and quick responsiveness of the participants with excellent teamwork.
6. The rules of the individual game/round will be explained just before the start of the game.
7. All the team members need to understand the rule/s of each round before the start of each round.
8. The decision of the panel members will be final and binding to all the participants.

Kal, Aaj, aur Kal – Stage Performance
1. Only students pursuing masters programs from recognized Indian Universities are eligible to participate.
2. The Stage performance event is based on the theme of “kal, aaj, aur kal”
3. A group of 5 to 10 students of the same institute can participate.
4. Each Institute can Send only ONE entry for this game.
5. The duration of the performance must be between 5 to 8 min only.
6. The music or background sound needs to be submitted by the team 5 hrs prior to the commencement of the game.
7. The participants need to bring their own props.
8. The performance must highlight the theme.
9. The decision of the panel members will be final and binding to all the participants.
