She has mentored more than 250 postgraduate research projects and is known for integrating data-driven tools such as Excel, SPSS, AMOS and Power BI into her pedagogy. Her teaching approach emphasizes outcome-based education, experiential learning, and industry relevance.
Dr. Shah has published 10+ research papers and book chapters and presented her work at several national and international conferences. She is also a co-author of the course material cum study book “Quantitative Management”, developed for Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University.
