Prof. (Dr.) Kishor Barad is a first-class management graduate from Nagpur University and a Ph.D. in Management from Saurashtra University, Gujarat. He has exhaustive experience of more than 25 years of institution building, academics, managerial, and administrative portfolios of different academic institutes and industries. Prior to joining Ganpat University, he had been employed as a Founding Professor, Program Chair, Area Chair Marketing, Head Placements and Head Examinations, Shanti Business School, Ahmedabad.

Prof. Barad has been actively engaged in teaching, research, training, consulting, and publishing. He has guided nine Ph.D. students, published two books, more than thirty research papers in reputed international and national level referred journals, book chapters, articles in leading newspapers and souvenirs. He has delivered numerous keynote addresses, guest talks in reputed institutes, TV channels, radio talks and conducted several executive and management training and development programs for business executives and working professionals.
